Why does Education matter?

Updated: Jul 8, 2019

For Centuries, the Business community has relied on the Educational Establishment to provide a ready and qualified workforce to power the economy and boost economic growth and new developments. Sadly, over the last few years, the Educational Establishment has not been producing the same calibre of individual due to the curriculum being followed and the lack of facilitating personal growth through the individual passion and innate abilities that remain unnurtured within our schools.

We want to provide an opportunity for anyone with an Additional Needs to be afforded the opportunity to showcase their skills, talents and abilities in new environments, new processes and new opportunities. For too long, individuals on the Autistic Spectrum, with ADHD, Tourettes, Anxiety and Depression, have been viewed as a hindrance rather than a blessing in disguise.

So we aim to assist the Educational Establishment with our common sense approach to utilise the skill sets that exist in the Neurodiverse community so that rather than struggling through with a curriculum which isn't working for them, they can foster and grow the skills to a level of mastery and therefore provide a chance, for the person to succeed and increase their independence through this approach. We welcome the opportunity to work with any Educational Professional who would like to create a more individualised curriculum that can lead to much more positive outcomes for the people they care about.
