Starting off as a one man operation before we will add new additions to this page as we grow.  I am 37 years old with a wealth of experience of Sales and Customer Service across various industries and I am a Dad to 5 amazing girls.  I have spent 3 years in total researching and learning about Additional Needs and Neurodiversity and have had the honour and privilege of meeting almost 200 people who were kind enough to share their personal experiences to help this business to develop.  We aim to become a company that is open to working with other businesses, charities and support staff who have common goals and to find a way to bring different organisations together to improve outcomes for everyone.  This business has all been created with no commercial or government funding so we are fully self funding to allow us to be small and adaptive to change and circumstances.  I do not believe that this is a charitable endeavour, it is simply an endeavour to create a fair and level playing field where everyone is able to achieve their true potential.  This has not been the case up until now.  We are also open to all industries, not only the IT sector, so that as much new, talented people can find their place, their purpose or their passion.  And in doing so, it will help you to find your place, your purpose and your passion.  I would like to thank my wonderful Wife for her ongoing love and support as I set off on this journey and my wider family for all of their encouragement and everything else they have done for me.  I look forward to working with you and showing you the best approaches to prepare and improve your business as we approach the new Industrial Revolution.  Welcome to the Neurodiverse Revolution!
